We provide an airport transfer on the day your trip begins. To make things easy, aim to arrive between 9am and 5pm on the start date. Once you’ve booked your flights, be sure to share your arrival details in the Manage My Booking area so we can coordinate your pick-up. If you’re arriving outside these times, don’t worry, we can help you arrange a private transfer at your own cost. Our team will give you all the details you need to meet your driver and get to your accommodation safely and smoothly. All in-country transport throughout your trip is included, so you can relax and enjoy the journey. We handle transfers between hotels, activity locations, and any pre-arranged excursions, using buses, trains, and boats where needed. Each tour page lists the correct airport to fly into and out of, so you’ll know exactly where to arrive and depart. If you're still unsure, just chat to the team!

Pack light, pack smart, and be ready for anything. Bring versatile clothing for warm days, cooler evenings, and temple visits. A sturdy backpack or suitcase works fine, and you’ll have opportunities to do laundry along the way. Flights to and from your destination, optional activities, travel insurance, visas, and any additional requirements such as background checks for volunteering with children are not included. Can I change my tour or travel dates? Yes. You can switch to a different tour or departure date as long as you request the change at least 8 weeks before your original departure date. Any price difference between tours or travel dates will need to be paid at the time of the change. Payment Options We offer flexible payment plans to help spread the cost of your trip: • £49 Deposit Plan – Secure your place with just £49, then pay the remaining balance in monthly instalments. The full balance must be paid at least 2 months before departure. • £199 Flexible Plan – Pay a £199 deposit, then make payments at your own pace. You must have paid at least 50% of the trip cost 4 months before travel, with the remaining balance due 2 months before departure. • Pay in Full – Pay the full trip cost upfront and you’re all set. From time to time, we may run promotions offering deposits from as little as £1. These follow the same structure as the £49 Deposit Plan. Cancelling Your Trip If you need to cancel, you must notify us in writing by email. Cancellation charges are as follows: • More than 120 days before departure – 50% of the amount you’ve paid so far is non-refundable. • Between 60 and 120 days before departure – 100% of the amount you’ve paid so far is non-refundable. • Less than 60 days before departure – 100% of the total trip cost is non-refundable.

Visa requirements depend on your nationality and the country you are visiting. For UK citizens travelling to Thailand, you can stay for up to 60 days without a visa as a tourist. Border control may ask for proof of departure within that time, such as a return or onward flight. Visa requirements vary depending on your nationality and the country you are visiting. Yes, your trip is fully financially protected. We are members of ABTOT (Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust), which means that in the unlikely event of our company ceasing to trade, any money you’ve paid for your trip is secure. This includes the cost of your accommodation, and tour arrangements booked through us. Booking with us gives you peace of mind knowing your investment is safe and your adventure is protected from unexpected disruptions.

You can inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements when booking on, and we’ll make sure these are taken into account throughout your trip. This includes allergies, intolerances, or any ongoing medical needs. For dietary requirements, we also recommend printing a card with your needs written in the local language, so you can feel confident when ordering food independently. We’ve supported many travellers with allergies and special diets, ensuring they stay safe, comfortable, and well-fed during their adventure.

Some of our programmes require a DBS check or the equivalent background check for your country of residence. If this applies to your trip, we’ll make this clear during the booking process. If you’re a UK resident, you can use an existing Enhanced DBS check as long as it was issued within the last 12 months. If you don’t already have one, no stress, we can arrange this for you. The DBS service can be added directly to your booking through your Manage My Booking portal. If you’re based outside the UK, you’ll need to provide the equivalent background check from your home country. Our team will guide you on what’s accepted and how to obtain it, so everything is organised well before you travel.

On the Sports & Coaching program, you’ll spend Monday to Friday visiting local schools, where you’ll teach English and lead sports sessions for children. It’s a rewarding way to inspire and connect with young learners while sharing your passion for education and sport.
